All our orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in Asia. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- France & Europe: 10 to 20 business days
- International: 15 to 25 business days

Order Tracking
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped. Tracking may take 3 to 5 days to become active after shipping.
Delays & Issues
If your package has not arrived after 25 business days, please contact us and we will find a solution quickly (refund or re-shipment of the package).
