Withdrawal Period
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging
- Please contact us by email before returning an item
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Non-Compliant Item
If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, with no return shipping costs.
Package Not Received
If your package has not arrived after 25 business days, please contact us. We will open an investigation and offer you a refund or a reshipment.
